They offered great advice/opinions on the landscape layout all while listening to our needs. I am “needy”, picky, and quite difficult to work as I change my mind with the wind, and still I felt like I was their priority throughout our entire project and was met with patience. I had an unsightly city yard and they turned it into an urban oasis (patio/sod/plants/landscaping). Even after my project he’s (the owner) checked in to make sure everything was/is going great! "The entire experience with Faodail was truly one of the best I have had when it comes to hiring someone to do work around the yard. Cole and his team came out the same day to provide a quote. He arrived before the scheduled time and provided a professional opinion and quote. I hired him based on a very fair price. He scheduled the day at my convenience. Cole and his team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled day. The weeded and edged all the beds before putting down the mulch. They put down a generous layer of mulch around every exposed part of dirt, even to the wall in an area that is quite large. The price was beyond fair and I know there is no way I could have done the work at the price he charged! Cole and his team left my yard looking better than when they arrived with spotless clean up and removal of all debris. Cole was super friendly and helpful and they practiced safe distancing and wore masks the whole time. I would recommend Faodail to anyone looking for great service at a great price!!"

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

If they thought they ever strayed away from the estimate they made sure to explain everything throughout the process. Everything was very professional from top to bottom.
