"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Mike and his associate "Mr Ben" were amazing.  I had someone else install windows and this person did not tell me of  the old and extensive termite damage and rot the home had suffered.  Installed took our  monies and ran.  But luck for me I found on Angies List Mikes Exteriors.  He work is exemplary.  Mike and Ben replaced the siding and repaired the shoddy window wraps.  He also told me about the damaged/rotten wood.  I was very, very pleased and can not say enough about their work ethics.  I need to get a supply of his business cards, as people are asking who did the work.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU...."

"The estimate was to be for roof repair to our vacation home on the Outer Banks. I told them I would be at the home for only the following four days. The employee stated that information would go in the work order and they would try to have someone come by before we left town. <br /> I never heard back from anyone. <br /> When I got back to Florida, I decided to call and see what happened. The woman I spoke with asked whether I had been told that estimates are backlogged approximately 30 days due to storm related repairs. <br /> I was not told that, and thought that a representative would make an effort to stop by before I left North Carolina. <br /> I understand backlogs, especially on the Outer Banks. It would have been perfectly acceptable to tell me up front. <br />"

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"The team at Restoration Exteriors had a big job with our project! New siding and windows through the entire home. We found the entire process to be excellent. The guys on site genuinely cared about their craftsmanship and keep us up to date on the progress. They worked non-stop and on many days and in some pretty cold weather as work was performed Dec, Jan & Feb. When questions on design with some tricky spots came up, they always checked with us and provided solutions and ideas. The final outcome is just excellent and they should be proud of the work they did. Near the end of the project I was very impressed with the clean up and their willingness to ensure all the small details were complete to our satisfaction. Further, they went above and beyond with a few odds and ends which were really outside the scope of the project. They say you get what you pay for and with Restoration Exteriors I think I got more!! "We hired DH Construction about 2.5 years ago to reside the entire house, new roof, trim work etc.  Since that time we have had DH Construction out a couple of times to address minor issues. One that was created by HVAC service and Brian's guys came out replaced the siding and a couple small pieces of trim at no cost to us! <br /> The latest was to repair some water damage above the garage door created by a piece of flashing not positioned correctly. I contacted Brian and emailed a few pictures showing the issue. We scheduled a date and time that Brian and his team would meet with us. After seeing the issue and the cause his team went to work resolving the problem at no cost to us. The problem is now <br /> resolved and looks like it did when the job was completed 2.5 ago.  <br /> The service we have received from DH Construction has been excellent from day one and still now 2.5 years later.  This type of service confirms our first impression of Brian that he is an honorable and trust worthy man that I highly recommend. <br /> <br />"

"Mr. McKeel came and gave us a great price on painting our home.  He came when he said he would and did a great job.  He then showed us the windows in the upstairs attic area over the garage where they were rotting.  He went to Lowe's and got windows, brought them back and installed them that day.  He cleaned the mold from the bricks as part of the service.  We were very pleased with the work and service and have now asked him to come back and do more for us. <br />"
