"Adam and Mark, the guys who did the work,  did an exceptional job for us.  So much so that our neighbors have remarked on how great the tree looks!  Not only were these gentlemen professional they were very personable as well.  They cleaned the entire yard of dead fall when they were done including using a leaf blower to get the really tiny twigs off the lawn.
The reason why I rated Responsiveness and Punctuality as "C" is because of the manner in which the job was scheduled.  We were told it would be about 6 weeks before the work could be done which was fine.  But when 6 weeks passed and the work was not done we started making calls to the office.  It took several calls to get a call back.
The job that Adam and Mark did was outstanding, thus the Overall Rating "A".
