"I bought a $49 estimate for a 3D design on Angie's List. The estimator came on time and he said he would email me the design. He never did email me the design. Supposedly he sent it to the wrong email address. That was mid January 2013. He could have mailed it to my home but never received it. Decided to go with a different contractor. The rep who came to our house did not want to listen to our ideas and insisted on his own. We did not like his ideas as to how to go about the renovation. Someone from the company called 2 weeks later and promised to refund the $49 but never did. Will never buy designs again. What for when other companies offer free ones."
