"Out of all the companies I contacted both directly and through HomeAdvisor they were the only ones who responded. They quoted from photos and the work was of superb quality at a reasonable price for a small job. We had difficulty nailing down a time with them and they ended up doing the work from the outside of the fence and didn't let us known it was completed. We had agreed they could do it this way, so we were checking everyday, but an e-mail or text was expected at least. It was somewhat confusing to have the lack of clarity on timing. Even though we are practically in their backyard we could never manage to mesh schedules to give them the check, so we ended up mailing it. After explaining to them about some possible problem areas in the ground (large tree roots and rocky ground) they were able to work around them, and completed the job by late afternoon. Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem.
