"Fantastic, Bonnie came out and did the estimate quickly and professionally. They put me on the schedule about two weeks away and arrived promptly. I met with them to further explain what was needed and how they could re-use the work that I had already done. They completed approximately 100 feet of fencing and used the metal postmaster posts instead of the 4x4 wooden posts and the pre-stained pickets like the ones I had used previously with my repair work. The previous fence had actually moved a bit and they installed the new fencing EXACTLY as I wanted it, using both the pickets I wanted and the metal posts. They finished up in two days, cleaned up, and I am VERY pleased with the results. My neighbor will most likely also hire them to replace their fencing as well. "The team was very cordial and seemed to know what they needed to do. There was an improvement, but I think more could have been done with their time. I said I would not use them again mainly because they had to travel about 50 miles to get to me which resulted in additional charges. They worked two days, but I felt like they could have accomplished more in the time they were here. Due to travel time, the workdays were 5-6 hours only. I had expected 8-hour days with the price quoted. Overall, it was too costly for me to continue using them."

"Rodney Robinette came to give me a bid. I was in the process of lengthening my 12' culvert by adding a 4' section and a coupler to hold the two culvert sections together in order to widen the road way where trucks needed to drive in order to access the property. In our phone conversation before he came over, I asked him if he could at all help me with this installation. He immediately said he would be fine helping me out whether he got the bid or not. He spent about 1/2 hour helping me and then declined any payment. Kind of amazing in this day and age. His bid was middle of the road. One bid was $2,000 lower and another $ 3,500 more. Both Rodney and another person I got a bid from said that there was no way to do a good job for that lower amount....and even if he didn't get the bid, he would recommend NOT going with that lowest bid. I had ruled out the higher bid because that excavator wanted to start right away even before the permit was issued, and he said he would lay down sand in order to drive over the top of the newly made septic field to finish covering it up. I had already ruled him out because it seemed like he was cutting corners and from what I read you NEVER want to drive over your septic field. So I selected Rodney and RodCo LLD. Throughout the process he emailed or phoned me often with answers to my questions and explanations of how all this needed to be done. Rodney is very mellow, competent, polite, and really listens before responding. He mainly works on his own, but brings in others as needed. He started on a Monday and was through by Thursday. He does all types of excavation work--from driveways, to foundations, utilities, septic systems, gravel and dirt removal and delivery. He advertises as "No job too big or too small." He also gave me a Senior citizen's discount. I would highly recommend him."

"We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will."

"Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires.  There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time.  Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight.  Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors."
