"I am a former customer of All-State Windows and Siding who was recently acquired by Ultimate Window and Siding LLC. I would like to take this time to share my experience with Ultimate Window and Siding in the handling the warranty work that they inherited as a result of the new business adventure. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable. With that said technicians Gary and Noah arrived on site and replaced the window, both guys were very professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Thank you guys for a JOB WELL DONE!!! T. Gant"

"George and his son with 34 gutters did a wonderful job. My gutters were installed in one day and look great and work as expected. They are heavy guage and well sealed. I added leaf guards which I like"

"Good! I made a couple of special requests and they compiled without complaint. They took photos of depth gages they placed showing that the insulation was in place, also provided depth=bags/sqft calculations that matched results. I counted the bags. They put it all in. The price was the lowest of three bids.

"The new roof was installed in a short time even with rain issues. Guys worked real hard and did great work."

"Freindly👍. Informative. Finished Friday. Major rain storm on Saturday. New gutters did great. I expect the leaf guard to work great too. Autumn will be here soon and shall soon find out.🙏"

"I am putting my house on the market, and needed a tune-up for the gutters, about 27 feet up. I found Mr. Tod Wells to be very pleasant and courteous, and he gave me a very reasonable quote, which also included some incidental repairs to my aluminum siding. The work was completed in a timely manner. Not long after there was a terrific downpour, and there were no leaks from the gutters. He gave me a 5 year warranty on labor, and lifetime warranty on materials, which is transferable. I did have to go back and forth a bit to get a proper receipt."

"I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Prices were very reasonable, crew was friendly, work was excellent and the clean up after was very thorough. I would highly recommend!"
