"dont look any further --dont waste your time or energy searching .this is the real deal..i called this morning at 10am   paul came to the house(you should ask for him personally if possible)...previous owner paved over my septic cover so paul had to remove pavers and dig through cement to get to it....he didnt flinch or complain..just did it..then   filled it all back in with sand(toy box sand i had) and replaced the pavers .....most im sure would leave a complete mess....this service was a joy....ive dealt with many home improvement and service companies this was a breath of fresh air!....thank you priority!!!!!!

have been in the way when lowering down the large dead limbs. Very

excellent combination. They even used the roof top and fire escape to
trim and tastefully sculpt some distant limb tips with an extended hand

"LI Waterproofing had done extensive work in my basement for the previous owner, so I opted to give them a try myself to resolve new problems that had not been previously addressed. John and his men were responsive and professional.  The work was done as expected and in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was right for the scope of the work requested.  Hand digging was required to expose the foundation outside.  I opted to remove the plants in my garden bed myself before the work was done.  I'm glad I did so. The men worked around the one larger hydrangea I did not move, and it was pretty roughed up during the process.  (I cut back the broken branches that were covered with tar, and I think it will be OK.)  We have had one good rain since the work was done, and the repaired areas in the basement show no signs of dampness.  So I am hopeful.  My sole criticism of the work is that clean-up could have been done better.  Gravel used to fill the window well was spilled into the adjacent garden bed on top of plants.  I spent about 2 hours sorting that out and sweeping the porch and basement where dirt and cement were left.

I was in quite a pickle not understanding what i needed to do to remediate my foundation and concrete issues that were leading to cascading problems throughout my older home. I have had to have some work done with contractors before and canâ t really say they were enjoyable hassle free experiences. This time was different and I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience in a good way. James, provided excellent communication every step of the way from the time I scheduled an appointment to when he arrived. When was the last time someone showed up for you early or on time, I was blown away! James was extremely prepared with material sent prior and material provided during the initial appointment. The information provided was well prepared and broken down into chunks for me that were easy to understand and I could share with my wife, more important, she understood it! The time james took diligently inspecting and then walking and talking me through not just the problem area but taking time out to talk about how to be proactive and things I can do to prevent further problematic areas, james is a true professional that cares about not just the problem but you and your entire home. I am certainly not an expert in this area, and grateful James is. Highly recommended, James is the guy you want to help you to understand and remediate concrete/foundation issues that are visually concerning that you just donâ t understand.
