"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

He explained the whole process and discussed his crew that would be on the job. The very polite, hard-working guys showed up on time and never stopped until the job was completed! Long, hot day for them and they were still smiling and thanking me as they left. The gutters look great and we are very pleased with the overall experience! I have already referred them to others, and will continue to do so."

He handed the work off to his assistant David who barely began the project before he abandoned his client. Never returned phone calls or any messages and did not show up at scheduled times. "This company came and gave us the best quote of all the roofers we contacted with the best product in the shingle category not metal. They showed up earlier in the month than they said they could after calling to make sure earlier was ok... they did the job removing and applying in 5 to 6 hours altogether and left no trash or nails/screws behind .... they searched with a fine toothed comb and a magnetic roller too to make sure :) They crew and owners were friendly and professional. The office staff was beyond helpful too!"
