"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."

"Honestly I am still a little on the fence about the system and the process of getting it installed. The installer was a very nice guy and honestly I think he did an ok job. They did the work in the winter in Minnesota and the gutters were frozen. The installer cleaned out the gutters and for the most part cleaned up the mess. The issue is he didn't clean out the downspouts. When we got a warm day the gutters were overflowing and I had to clean out the down spouts. Not necessarily a big deal but when they promise you won't have to clean them again I felt a little misled. After I clean out the down spouts, there was still an area of the gutter that must have been too low as the water was running out of it. Now this was causing an icy mess in the driveway. I called the salesperson who says he created a service call but it has been a week and I haven't heard anything yet. I realize it is still winter and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but so far I am not impressed. Also it looks like there is still stuff in the gutter to clog so when spring rolls around hopefully it just washes out."

"Don (the owner) is great - easy to communicate with via email or phone calls. I emailed him for an estimate and he got back to me within about 30 minutes, and has been very fast responding to all of my other inquiries. He called me when he was at the house to let me know how things were going and tell me if there were any problems with the gutters (there were not). I'm now signed up for the continuing maintenance plan - the price is lower, and he'll come back in the spring and fall of 2013 to clean the gutters. I highly recommend this company! <br />"

"Excellent customer service.  I dealt with Sam Litman, who was friendly, prompt, patient and great to work with; the top notch and professional team of Rick, Terry, Wynn and Dan who came out and worked so well as a team also demonstrated individual pride and expertise in their work. They were meticulously clean and did an outstanding job, even matching vents and the "whirligig" they replaced with almost the exact shade of roofing we had installed. It's supposed to last for at least 30 years, and the rubber portion of the roof may outlive me! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work provided, and I would definitely recommend them to others. The bill was high, partly due to the special rubber portion of the roof, but I've called around, and roofing costs have now increased across the board. The quality of the shingles has been improved, however, which is why they will last 30 years minimum.  They are even going to leave us a full bundle of shingles to match in case we should need them. <br /> I will definitely contact them first in the future to consider any future projects we have, and I am  impressed with their motto, "No job is too small"."
