I had to talk to Devin two times to get the crew back and even then there's one side where the drip edge was not replaced."

"The workmanship is top-notch. The new skylight does not leak. They replaced the surrounding shingles, and even some of the sheathing underneath that had sustained some water damage for no additional charge. I wish they had communicated better about the timing of the installation. It was delayed a couple times with no notification or explanation. Sometimes this is because of weather and out of their control, but they could have been more proactive about informing me of the status. Also, there was some confusion about the availability of the product I selected. It wasn't until after installation when they told me that the higher-end skylight was not available in the correct size. But we are pleased with the final result, and the price seems right."

I contacted Synergy yesterday, made an appointment for today which they showed up to ON TIME. Not only that, the job was small enough that they were able to fix our issue immediately! "Working with Schoen's Roofing was a great experience. Mindy at the front desk was a tremendous help and pointed me in the right direction. They replaced my roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit. "The company owner provided an estimate within the short timeframe he promised. I asked for a roof and siding estimate as I knew I needed to replace my roof, but was unsure about siding. When we discussed his estimate, he was very helpful in walking me through the roof estimate. I told him that I wasn't going to do the siding right now and he said I really didn't need to as my house is in really good shape! Once I scheduled the job, the owner came to my house and walked me through what would happen and we reviewed my color options. The crew arrived early on the scheduled date and had the job done on the same day. They cleaned everything up well and the roof looks great! During a follow-up call with the owner, he answered all my questions, I am very happy with this job!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
