We had numerous defects and experienced bait-and-switch tactics during our shower installation. First, the company convinced us to drop the high-quality doors we purchased, assuring us their doors were superior. The doors they installed were, in fact, noticeably cheaper and lower quality. Second, the installation was clearly a rush job resulting in multiple defects: The shower pan was improperly siliconed, causing water to leak out during use. The railing/trim installed above the shower was also not properly siliconed along the top edge; you can press on it and clearly see the inadequate sealing. Most frustratingly, their service stops the moment they secure the fi"
