"He is extremely attentive to your needs . What he says will happen , does! He keeps all appointments and thoroughly explains what he plans to do. He is one of the most reliable, ethical , conscience businessman I have ever dealt with. I have recommended him to friends . He actually went out of his way to help Ill friends deal with their generator problems even though he had not installed it. He made arrangements for someone to fix the generator when he was not able. Highly recommended !"

"Excellent. I highly recommend this company. Prompt service, very fair pricing. Researched my furnace to better understand my unit and attained parts needed to repair within a 1/2 hour. Their technician was a great guy."

"It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They are extremely knowledgeable in designing an electrical charging station in what was a difficult i situation. My breaker panel and garage were on opposite sides of my home. A solution was given at a reasonable price. I could not be happier. All work was done professionally with great attention to detail. If you are in need of electrical services, donâ t look any further. They are without a doubt, the best."

"I really loved working with Power Forward. We needed a 50A external connector and interlock fitted for a portable generator, a new floodlight and a smart doorbell wired up. Ian Stewart responded immediately to my request for a quote and was very helpful going over my options and discussing generators at length to ensure I was going to be set up right and I was able to get a fair and detailed quote very quickly. After accepting online, Morgan was very helpful setting up the appointment and Chris Woosley, who was the technician that came around to install everything, was also very knowledgeable, enthusiastically answered all my questions and worked diligently and neatly. Everything was clean and neat after he'd finished. With excellent communication, extremely detailed quote, friendly employees and easy one click online pay options after the job was complete, I was extremely impressed at how slick each part of the process was and the service that I received. Thanks so much! Power Forward are definitely our go-to electricians from now on."

"Mike and Otto were very professional and did a great job installing and connecting our generator. Their quote was exactly what we paid. On top of that they helped me with my own outlet wiring project at no extra charge."

"I had a wiring problem with my landline and the whole process was pretty easy, from scheduling an appointment, to speaking with customer service, to the repair. When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."

"West Electric was tremendous. They were on time and fast and they followed up with the building inspector"
