"We got our new roof 2 years ago, we are still completely satisfied. Anthony was quick, he paid attention to the details and took care of everything for us. He met with and dealt with the insurance company. He worked during the day and his crew was done by the time we got home in the evening. He left our yard better than it was when they arrived. For 2 years we have had the best roof in the neighborhood. Recently our neighbors replaced their roof with one of the big name company's around town. Once they were done we were surprised (pleasantly surprised) to see that our 2 year old roof was noticeably better looking than their brand new one. THAT is pretty impressive."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"I strongly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding for all your Roofing and Siding needs. Russ took his time to drive me around town to show me the Roofing and Siding jobs he had completed. I had the opportunity to speak with one of his customers. This customer was in the same line of work, but he chose Perfection Roofing and Siding to do the Roofing and Siding for his home. He said the Siding Russ use is Superior and more Economical. His house looked Beautiful! The next stop, Russ showed me a job he did 12 years ago. It looked Extraordinary! The home was so Beautiful, it was impossible to believe. Russ's work has a Lifetime Warranty. I want to thank Russ, Vlad, and the Team for doing a Great Job on my Roofing and Siding. My house is so Beautiful!"

"Total Pro Roofing and sales associate Cory were outstanding. From the opening phone contact, true professionalism to completion of the work. Highly impressed with the workmanship, professional explanations, and response/work time. Truly, a great experience (which is important...because if you need a new roof, you are most likely stressed already). I fully endorse Total Pro Roofing... ask for Cory, you will not be disappointed."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"We had Georgia Roof and Maintenance come out to look at our roof after we purchased a house for a leak. They did a great job with the repair and saved us from replacing our roof! We are grateful to have found someone that is honest and local to take care of our home. We will be sure to call them again!"

"Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

"Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."

"He removed and installed French doors installed a doggie door in the French doors and painted and did trimwork around the French doors much better than what was there. It was amazing how well he can make an edge without an edger makes me jealous of these planning abilities and how bad mine are compared to his"
