After calling multiple roofing companies (including some of the big names advertised on Atlanta radio), Anthony was the first to respond and set up an appointment for less than 24 hours after our initial contact. He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. He then went on the roof and used the video phone app to walk us through the problem and the repair. He fixed the issue, and then set off on this trip. "Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.
