Because both were standard size skylights, Bill was able to locate a supplier who had 2 available. Bill and his crew came out next day to install. They were very professional and knowledgeable. "I originally contacted Hugh to do what I thought would be minor maintenance on the roof, but he found a few spots that were leaky, even though the damage wasn't yet apparent inside the house. He presented the options for fixing and had a good warranty. His crew was fast and professional and finished the work the next day. I was out of town due to an illness in the family while Marvin and his crew completed installation of the new roof. Marvin refused to accept payment for the job from my wife. Marvin wanted my inspection and approval first! In addition,Marvin promptly and personally responded to every call. We came to an agreement, & one morning the following week he arrived bright & early with his crew, started & finished the entire job in one day, & cleaned up nicely. Ryan may not be as polished as some other salesman, but if you just want your roof fixed quickly, neatly, efficiently & with a minimum of hassles, he's your man. My only reservation is that he did not respond to email, or messages left through Angies List - he subsequently told me that the best way to reach him is directly by phone."
