"The electricians did a pretty good job, were prompt and careful maneuvering the ladder they needed to bring into the unit. Carrie and Jeremy on the phone were very nice and communicated well. Giving 4 stars because the electricians had to come back twice because they got the wrong parts from their supplier and didn’t appear to know which part they needed. For $250/hr I’d expect an electrician to know the right transformer needed for a light and the right bulbs to use. So the actual job to diagnose and fix the issue with the right parts took an hour or less but with all the back and forth with the supplier it became much longer. I had to call the office after the invoice came through and we worked it out. Just wish the guys got it right the first time so the cost would have truly reflected the work."

Since then he’s done some simple things like replace old power outlets and light fixtures, but also some more complicated projects like installing a 220 power outlet for a stove in our basement. Most recently he installed an electric car charger in my garage, definitely a non-trivial project, especially given how old our house is. Ken is very professional, dependable, and extremely competent. His prices are reasonable and I trust his instincts, especially regarding safety which is critical for an electrician. He provides valuable suggestions at the start of a project which often save me money. He’s also a great guy and a joy to work with. I hope he never retires."
