"They gave me a lifetime warranty on my windows including the slightest adjustment to a sliding screen. Then they check all my other sliding screens, as well. The service is beyond your expectations! I am always delighted when someone comes out and performs service more than what you are expecting."

"Excellent. The entire team at Progressive is terrific to work with: Eric helped find the brand and style of windows that were right for us; Pedro, Cesar and Cedro clearly knew their craft in window installation; Nancy, Glenda and Joe were easy to work with in billing and final details. We could not thank them enough for making our house more comfortable. The windows are great!"

"We had all of the windows in our home replaced with Coughlin Windows and the experience was great from the very start of getting our initial estimate through installation. The quality is amazing, solid warranty, helpful customer service and the installation team so hard working, conscientious and efficient!"

"We used the Simi Valley location of this company. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The quote we got was a bit higher than other providers, but it was clear we would get a better product and service. We chose Anlin Del Mar series, with triple-pane glass and soundproofing. Once the windows were measured, about six weeks later installation happened in a single day--we left for work and by the time we went home we had a house full of brand-new windows, and all was left clean and tidy. Most windows were retrofit, but one window had to be new construction to meet standards for bedroom egress. The inspector commented on what a good job the team had done in installing that new casement window. The windows are lovely with very smooth action of opening, closing and locking. We are very happy."

"Ends up that the company specializes in restoring windows in older homes, not fixing newer windows one-off.  Even though I wasn't going to be a customer Scott Campbell contacted me to let me know that they offer a different service than what I need. Scott went even further and referred me to two companies that replace glass in my area. I wish I had an older home that needs the windows restored. If I did I would definitely use Window Restoration and Repair. <br />"

"From the estimate and up until the installation, Philip was very helpful and punctual. He had a great presentation, was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was right, and I liked the lifetime warranty on the shutters. The product is sturdy and well crafted. My only complaints have to do with the actual installation and follow-up. On the actual day on installation, (which was about 6 weeks from the date I signed the estimate) the installers (not Philip) called to say that they were having truck trouble and would have to change the installation to the next day. That was an inconvenience but still OK for me, so I agreed to do that. The next day, on the new-scheduled day of installation, the installers showed up an hour late. When I called them 30 minutes after their scheduled arrival time, no one answered the phone. I called Philip as well and left a message. When the installers did arrive, they apologized and got right to work. For the most part, they were quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would have appreciated a return call from Philip or someone from Cam's shutters apologizing for the inconvenience or following up on my satisfaction. All-in-all though, it's a good product and good company."
