"We hired Jonathan Torres AKA Jonathan Saravia to landscape part of our front & side yard. After giving him a $3000.00 deposit & he requested another $800.00 prior to starting the project. He was to show up Monday but didn't show up , he called Tuesday & again on wednesday said he was sick, So we text him and said to start on Monday, Monday no show no call, he showed up tuesday late & did minimal work, no show or call on wednesday, I called Jonathan and said we no longer wanted him to do the work & we'd pay him for the work he completed & ask him to let us know how much he's charging for the work completed, Deduct that amount and we would like the remaining amount returned to us Jonathan agreed. Few days go by no calls for him, He stopped answering my calls & text an kept the entire $3800.00, Jonathan still will not except any of our calls or text. Both me & my wife are senior citizens, we trusted Jonathan to do the right thing but was fooled. "
