"They were unable to make the first appointment due to mechanical problems, but notified me and rescheduled. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After arriving, a part needed to be ordered (due to my refrigerator/freezer being old). The day the part came in, they responded to my home and made the repair."

"The rep clearly explained what the problem was and repaired it without resort to expensive parts. Our fridge is a Samsung that looks beautiful but troublesome most of the time. The electronics go bad: once had to replace circuit board at a cost of over $800. Always something goes wrong. Worse is their service center; waiting time for a tech to show up was ten days. We had to buy a separate freezer to prevent stuff, mostly meat, going bad. Star Service came by within 4 hours as promised."
