AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. "Technician knew what he was doing. Work was completed quickly. Cleaned up after himself. Provided me with all warranty's and explained any issues that may occur and what to do if they did. Reviewed all work completed and physically showed me what he did which included added surge protectors to the HVAC system, full house generator, cable system and the circuit breaker panel. He also went above and beyond and removed some nasty hornet nests near his work area. Definitely will use him again."
