"New 16kw backup generator installed 04/23/2020. Stellar customer service!!! Today two technicians arrived at our home not long after I called relative to a possible LP gas leak. Once again they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took time carefully reviewing our newly installed 16kw backup generator and all connections leading thereto. They competed the repair, checked for leaks, ran the unit and cleaned up afterwards. Kevin returned for the initial start up and discovered a couple of issues related to the original wiring in the breaker boxes, which were corrected the same day.
