"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

"Workers came and left without speaking to us or confirming permission to go into back yard. Wrongly installed gutters and had to come back twice to redo errors. Work began coming apart after 30 days. Plus, they installed completely different colored shingles. At least their office people are nice, but the work quality was horrible and workers unimpressive."

The house looks fantastic, and they didn't leave a mark on it. They went the extra mile to get the details just right even though it took them longer to achieve.
