"Excellent job! Courteous and professional. So happy with our windows!"

"Alfred with MESS and all of his crew are very professional and a fantastic group of fellas to work with. I would highly recommend them to do any type of cleanup or painting. They’re honesty and integrity is second to none, 10 out of 10. No complaints."

"Justin went right to work on the windows. He scraped off any bits of paint or dirt and washed inside and out, including removing the "grills" (?) and washing the screens. He was able to access every window, including some needing curtains removed and some needing to be accessed carefully. He is courteous, kind, and hard-working. Everything was perfect. Five GOLD STARS across the board!"

"He came early so I asked if we could finish lunch first before he came We had a lot of lint in the dryer vent especially in the outside which goes into a window well and has a fixed cover so we cannot clean it ourselves. He cleaned up pretty well but left lint on the window just above the vent. It seemed expensive but I did not price other services. He did have equipment that handled our situation very well."

"We had the vent ducts cleaned. Air quality greatly improved. The office folks and the employees who came to do the work were all friendly and thorough! Highly recommend."

"Dave and his helper were easy to work with, fast and professional. My windows look fantastic! Came right on time and work efficiently to get the job done"

"Kaitlin and her crew were fantastic! They did a wonderful job with deep cleaning my home. It really helped me out during the busy holiday season. Kaitlin kept in touch with me leading up to my appointment. Once they arrived, they jumped right in and got it done! I would highly recommend having your home cleaned by Laurel & Stone!"

"Chris was professional, explained the job and showed me pictures of each step involved with cleaning our dryer vent I admitted hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years. He never shamed me but encouraged me to clean every year. Honestly my laundry room was cleaner after he left. He sweep up missing socks and dog fur before putting our dryer back in place. He exceeded our expectations."

"Cleaning was very well done."
