"199 Dumpsters charges numerous surcharges for city taxes; going out of their home location of Pasadena and to the customer's location. We had a small ten or 12 yard dumpster. Base price was 199 but this company adds surcharges, etc. As a result, the end price was $323.67. This company seeks to capture huge immediate profit margins. Return consumers is not their goal.
