"I initially needed repair of master bedroom breaker that keeps tripping when I turn on lights, tv, etc. The appointment schedulers have a cheery, pleasant attitude. They worked around my availability to schedule the appointment. I loved the Technician, Bert Izquierdo, who performed the work. He wore a mask and remained at a distance, per protocol, the entire time. During the thorough inspection, he physically walked us through any problems found. He explained, in detail, each issue, how it could've happened, and resolution. Burt was extremely honest not just with the issues found but with the price as well. He gave us a series of options with pricing in writing. Mr. Electric didn't charge a trip/travel fee nor an Estimate fee, and they make it clear that there's no obligation.
