"Brandon and Cruz completed a number of small projects, including caulking a leaky roof vent and two leaky windows, installing a door threshold, repairing a ceiling drywall crack, and replacing an exterior wood handrail. All done with attention to detail and excellent results! They are professional, friendly, and diligent. I recommend these two and look forward to working with them again."

"When speaking to the customer service representative and explaining that I was looking to purchase a new remote controller for my car, he was insistent that I set up an appointment to have one of their technicians come to my home. I explained to him that I didn't need a technician and was only looking to purchase a remote control unit. He insisted that to purchase a remote control unit it would require the technician to deliver the remote and the best thing to do was to set up an appointment. I then inquired whether they carried the type of Overhead Door remotes and offered to send him a picture of both the garage door unit and the existing remote control unit so they could confirm. He did not want to take that approach and insisted that we set up an appointment for a technician to visit. At that point, I agreed to set up an appointment and the customer service representative said they would call me 30 minutes before the visit to make sure I was home. This initial conversation occurred at 3:22 pm. At 3:38 pm I received a call from the technician who was sitting in front of my house. After explaining to the technician what it was I was trying to accomplish, he reveals that he does not have on his truck a single remote to sell to me. He then calls his technical support desk and informs them that I want to purchase a remote but he doesn't have one to sell. He attempts to have them cancel the appointment but after speaking with them further he informs me that I am obligated to pay a $39.00 service appointment fee. The technician left my home at 3:53 so the duration of his visit was 15 minutes and the time he spent talking on his phone to his technical support was 8 minutes of that.
This was a complete rip-off. First, I repeatedly informed the customer service representative that I was inquiring to purchase a remote control unit and offered to take a picture of the unit itself and the existing remote so they could then inform me whether they had the remote control unit available. Second, the technician who was assigned to visit my home was in route to another appointment but my home was in between his previous and next appointment, so responsive, but not prepared nor equipped to meet my needs of selling a remote control unit. Following the visit of the technician, I contacted customer support and spoke to Kaleb and informed him of my issues and experience. Kaleb agreed to listen to the initial phone call held with the customer service rep who scheduled the appointment. Shortly after speaking, Kaleb called me back and offered to return the $39.00 fee, which was appreciated, but what I learned is that the function customers interact with is really all about "setting up the appointment" and not equipped to really understand use cases or issues that go beyond the typical garage door broken scenario. This appointment factory is designed to get you through the process and it may or may not be useful to meeting your needs. For example, when the technician concluded that they did not have a remote controller to sell to me that was the end of the service commitment --- transaction over. I was handed the name of a retail store up in Conroe that "may" have a controller but there was no follow up on the part of the company to close the loop, find the controller and get it into my hands. Not a great way to build a business.

"The crew was unprofessional. They were messy, played loud music. They tripped my exterior outlet and so had to use one of the interior ones. They would step in to charge their phones. I absolutely didn't like it. Also, they gave me quote on fixing my door jams and then their carpenter gave me a completely different story. The paint job was left incomplete and then I had to call the office and complain for them to finish the whole job on a Saturday. The brushes were washed in my yard and they left a big paint mess. I noticed paint also my roof and had to ask them to clean it up. Over all, a poor job."

"After looking at the job and giving me a quote, they came back the next day and got the whole job done in one day as promised. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves so it looked like new."
