"Arbor City installed both a wood privacy fence and a steel ornamental fence for us, and we are very happy with the quality of the finished product, how Clay and his team member left the job site, and how efficient they were when they were on-site. The price was competitive. The only two things that would make this less than perfect, and why these are not deal-breakers: 1) The project dragged on a bit. Keep in mind that this was during the height of the COVID stay-at-home period, and I think Clay said that his other foreman had to leave work unexpectedly, so Clay was having to act as foreman on all of their jobs. Given this, I found things worked best when I was sure to follow up with Clay regularly by e-mail. In short, there was a delay, but it was at least partially excusable and specific to the crazy time this was. 2) Clay could have been a little more familiar with the various options for steel fencing (we ended up using the Ameristar Montage line). It helped to look through the options in the manufacturer's catalog directly, but Clay had to do some extra work to figure out which lines and options were stocked, appropriate for the application, and readily available, vs which would incur delays or special order charges. That said , Clay definitely took the time to work things through to get to a great finished product, and gave a small discount and absorbed a little extra cost that arose, in view of the delay - he made things right. Bottom line, I would definitely use Clay's company again for future fence work."

"Our fence installation process was great! Trueline Fence Co was responsive and efficient; customer service was outstanding!"

"Angel came in and finished the project quick, efficiently, and did an amazing job. We had a round 90’ of fence plus two walk gates and a drive gate installed as well. Really happy with the care he took doing the job, keeping his area clean, and commit throughout his he project. Thank you for a job Well Done!!"

"Geovanny, Edgar and the whole team removed outdated landscaping, greatly improved existing retaining walls, graded the soil and prepared my front yard for new vegetation installation in the spring. They did a beautiful job and kept me informed as they performed the work. Theyâ re hardworking and courteous team made my front yard look clean and contemporary even before adding new plants and flowers. Iâ m looking forward to them coming back in April to do the installation, and I recommend them highly!"

"Have worked with Gabriel and his team now on multiple occasions to complete massive back and front yard projects at our home. We're super pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them without reservation! Always very professional and responsive, and the quality of the work delivered was at a high bar. In the backyard, they completely transformed our landscaping with a full wrap-around fence install, plus new irrigation and sprinkler systems, and full sodding. We had concrete poured next to the house to have a pad for a hot tub, as well as a separate seating area for a fire pit. Both of these were concrete stamped and colored which looks really classy as compared to just "plain" concrete. In the front, they completely demolished out a cactus garden and old shrubs and bushes, building a full wooden pergola and trellises for grape growing, as well as putting in some new trees and planters...it looks infinitely better and nicer now! Have greatly appreciated working with Gabe and his team, and will certainly consider them again going forward."

"They were able to come fix my fence a day early and got it done in one afternoon."

"Good team. Sean actually came out to do the estimate while all the others companies did a remote estimate which I did not care for. All questions were answered prior to the start of my job. They were actually able to begin early which was a nice surprise. Crew was super nice and professional. Job was completed timely. Clean up was good. Fence looks great! Would recommend Top Rail fence to my friends and relatives. Thanks Top Rail Fence!"

"The fence came out great. However, the crew accidentally broke a sprinkler valve and they promised to refund us the cost of the fix. The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."

"My wife and I have had a few projects done by Dillan and we were very impressed with the quality craftsmanship. It is so refreshing to hire someone who possesses such high standards of professionalism and curtesy. I highly recommend Larry's Legacy Landworks. They consistently do the work that was agreed upon within the agreed timeline."
