"Arbor City installed both a wood privacy fence and a steel ornamental fence for us, and we are very happy with the quality of the finished product, how Clay and his team member left the job site, and how efficient they were when they were on-site. The price was competitive. The only two things that would make this less than perfect, and why these are not deal-breakers: 1) The project dragged on a bit. Keep in mind that this was during the height of the COVID stay-at-home period, and I think Clay said that his other foreman had to leave work unexpectedly, so Clay was having to act as foreman on all of their jobs. Given this, I found things worked best when I was sure to follow up with Clay regularly by e-mail. In short, there was a delay, but it was at least partially excusable and specific to the crazy time this was. 2) Clay could have been a little more familiar with the various options for steel fencing (we ended up using the Ameristar Montage line). It helped to look through the options in the manufacturer's catalog directly, but Clay had to do some extra work to figure out which lines and options were stocked, appropriate for the application, and readily available, vs which would incur delays or special order charges. That said , Clay definitely took the time to work things through to get to a great finished product, and gave a small discount and absorbed a little extra cost that arose, in view of the delay - he made things right. Bottom line, I would definitely use Clay's company again for future fence work."

"Very well. Very pleased with the fence that Adrian and crew installed. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Price was good as was quality of work."

"Great work at a fair price! Tomas and Sons came to replace 3 fence posts that broke at concrete level, as well as other repairs necessary due to poor quality construction by original installer. Tomas explained everything clearly and showed me what he was doing as he went along, making sure I understood and agreed. We have additional fence repairs required and will have them return for that project."

"Angel came in and finished the project quick, efficiently, and did an amazing job. We had a round 90’ of fence plus two walk gates and a drive gate installed as well. Really happy with the care he took doing the job, keeping his area clean, and commit throughout his he project. Thank you for a job Well Done!!"

"The guys did a nice job installing our horizontal IPE fencing with black steel supports. It looks beautiful! Gabriel worked closely with his team and always responded quickly to discuss the project and brain-storm solutions."

"Removed damaged fence as requested, replaced fence and gate exactly as I wanted it and did a beautiful job."

"The fence came out great. However, the crew accidentally broke a sprinkler valve and they promised to refund us the cost of the fix. The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."

"We are thrilled with the work Miguel did for us -- tear out overgrown shrubs and rotten fencing, put in new fence, create a flagstone path and dry creek bed under a tree where nothing would grow, beautiful mulch everywhere. Have never hired a landscaper before and unable to get other bids, so it seemed expensive but we're not complaining. Miguel was great to work with, friendly, accommodating, with good suggestions and a can-do attitude."

"Dillan with Larry’s legacy land works did a phenomenal job installing our kitchen floor ! Great attention to detail"

"Very professional, on time, and fast. Great customer service, friendly, hard workers. Velasquez and his partner didn't waste time, we're happy with our new fence. Thank you Velasquez Landscape"
