"United Prime Van Lines ? this was not a service, it was a nightmare from start to finish. They charged me an extra $450 with ridiculous excuses, like not declaring a $20 mirror and other insignificant items. Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront. They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive. And as if that wasn?t enough, upon delivery they charged me even more money because the apartment was on the 4th flo"

"I've now used Movemasters twice and have been very pleased with both experiences. The most recent experience was moving my 81-year-old stepmother into a senior living apartment. The two movers from Movemasters communicated their arrival time, were punctual, and very careful and efficient moving her belongings into the truck. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "While movers tackled hauling heavy items down 3 flights' stairs, they also somehow lost my personal tools (hammer, tape measure, small drill, etc.)Th. WHAT IS WORSE is that they also stole my winter coats (very expensive that I needed), an irreplaceable item given to me by my late daughter. The foreman affirmed that "all the clothes" were brought and moved to my new location. But I cannot find those special items Anywhere, and should have been easily able to find the bulky winter coats and jackets and other items that they stole. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. kThey sent a shady guy who spent time on the truck AFTER moving stuff in, who also untaped my rolled up tape stry and kept the brackets!! Office staff was pretty defensive. All I know is the brackets to put up my tapestry are missing (Legacy offered to replace them), but THOSE COATS AND ITEMS OF GREAT SENTIMENTAL VALUE CANNOT BE REPLACED UNLESS THEY ARE RETURNED. THESE ARE NOWHERE IN MY NEW LOCATION. THE COMPANY LIED TO ME. "

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "
