They had started work and had to pause because of a storm but were really prompt about rescheduling to two days later and got the job done really well. Communication was great except for color choice on the flooring when the preferred color was not available. Would have been willing to pay a little more to get the right color. Being that this is a rental not a deal breaker. Overall, would recommend and use again."
