Fabianâ the company owner was just a great guy all around! They built a beautiful new patio for us, including a retaining wall for decorative and extra â seatingâ purposes. They worked with us on all the design details, even if we requested more time or additional sample materials. Unique also redid our front and side stoops. There were a couple of small â glitchesâ along the wayâ ¦ not surprising with any major projectâ ¦ but when we pointed them out, Fabian was really great in making sure things were done appropriately to address any concerns. "Found this place through a neighborhood app and wasn't disappointed in the least. We've had landscaping done thru others in the past but the work done was nowhere close in quality to what Marcelo and his crew was able to do. His team also fit us in 2 days ahead of schedule when our lawn was in pretty bad shape and went thru the yard with a fine toothcomb. He also cleaned the gutters and cleaned up an awful amount of dirt from the patio. The price was also very reasonable. Will keep using Marcelo for all future yard needs!"
