"Had CAJ Roofing repair my 25+ yaer old tile roof. They pulled up all tiles, replaced water damaged areas, replaced all underlayment and damage wood trim, all pipe vents, added new drip edges reinstated tiles (replacing damaged tiles), painted all trim they replaced, and when they were done, roof looked as good as new. "The work on replacing the paper under the tile on our roof and a new patio roof went great. They did a super job, but they needed to mix some concrete for some of the work which they did about 6 feet in front of our front door. They spilled stuff on the sidewalk, some of which I can't get off. Also, they splashed concrete on our entry wall so there are now grey spots on about a 6 ft. section of it. Also, they spilled something that stained our sidewalk and I can't get that removed either after scrubbing it. The front has a faucet in the shrubbery by the entry which is what they used. On the other side of the garage was another outlet with a hose which is what should have been used. Other than the mess I can't clean up they did an excellent job on the roof. I was just frustrated by their lack of caring for our sidewalk and wall."

"Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"
