Preparation, including thorough pressure washing, and painting were VERY skillful and efficient -- job done on time. Caulking and painting was done to the utmost level of care and competence. Everything was exactly as promised, including moving everything from the patio and restoring it after the painting was completed. The crew gently brought loose ground cover away from the foundation and placed it back post painting, providing additional moisture barrier and aid to pest control. No paint on landscaping and all cleanup as promised. All of this was because the seller of services understands the needs of residents.
