"I called Jessie and described our problem which was a metal outdoor railing that had a potion of it rusted through at one of the ends. He asked that I text him pictures and he would either give an estimate in reply or schedule an appointment to assess the damage. I heard back from him with a bid and said he could start the following morning. Jessie's communication with us was exceptional which unfortunately is quite rare. He arrived the following day at the time he designated and immediately got to work. He cut out the damaged portion of the railing, cut and welded in the new piece and reattached the end of the railing onto a vertical wooden structure where the railing terminated. The finished product was literally better than new with new drain holes drilled along the bottom of the entire rail to prevent and rusting in the future. Jessie is very pleasant and easy to work with. He did an excellent and professional jot. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service."

"DTI exceeded our expectations in all areas of their service. We initially worked with Ty on the estimate and planning.  He was prompt to the minute and responsive to phone calls.  We received an estimate that was fair in comparison with other bids.  Once he gave us the estimate it never changed one penny despite us waiting months (our decision) to have the work done.  Throughout the entire job there was never any nickel and diming beyond the original estimate, despite the little things that always come up on a house as unpredictable as ours.  He gave me a time frame for the work to get started which turned out to be accurate within reason. Then Larry showed up to start the job.  I am quite sure I have never encountered a more consummate professional.  His customer service is beyond reproach in his concern for making sure we were satisfied every step of the way, in making sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible by their work, and in letting us know exactly when he would and would not be here.  Once he started the job, he was there everyday until it was done.   <em>He and AJ even cleaned up completely at the end of every day down to the last piece of scrap on the ground.</em>  All that was just gravy on top of the fact that he is an ultimate craftsman and perfectionist.  His skills and attention to detail was quite incredible.  Our house created many challenges that he overcame with what seemed like simplicity, but I know was a lot of hard work.  We could not be happier with how it came out and with who did the work.  Not only are neighbors commenting on how great it looks, but our next door neighbors were so impressed that Larry's truck was in their driveway shortly after and, of course, their house looks great now as well.  This company goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. <br />"

"What stood out was when they came out to give me an estimated about it he was very specific about what he was going to do. The only disfavorable thing that I found about it was that they took a while to get out here. As far as the job that they did, it fixed the issue that we had. We had a leak, where it would leak down into our basement and he was aware of what was happening when I showed him. He knew right exactly what they needed to do to fix it. I was happy with the price. I didn’t actually ask anyone else."
