"I was very surprised to see how my 17 yr. old truck looked when they were finished. I was there for 2 hours, but every minute was well spent. The outside was polished to perfection including the dark molding and the tires. The engine looked as good as when it left Detroit.The engine not only looked clean but all the belts, hoses and 2 batteries (required on Cummins Engines) were polished to their original black color.The inside upholstery was steam cleaned including carpets and inside roof lining. "Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

"They did a great job. Everyone I came into contact with from the salesman, to the planner who designed our system, to the installers--they were all professional and did an outstanding job. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them proper credit. <br /> They were here 4 or 5 days installing everything. They were always courteous and made sure my house was clean and furniture covered when they were making the holes in the drywall for the vents. <br /> They really worked with me and asked my opinion about where I wanted the vents aesthetically in each room versus where they thought it was best for heating/cooling efficiency. We went through a few suggestions on where to mount the air handler and ultimately the plan was perfect and all the large equipment looks great and is tucked away neatly. <br /> They made sure we knew how the system worked after it was installed. One of their guys came over and spent an hour explaining it to us. Since the June 2014 install, they have been out here about 4-6 more times to fix various things with the system--a computer board that ended up not being able to talk to the thermostat controller (replaced it quickly), alerts that came up on the computerized thermostat controller (even after storms set it off), to other various issues. Every time they have come out, fixed the problem, and not charged us for the service call. <br /> I would use them again and highly recommend Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning. <br />"
