"If you have exterior damage to your house,this is the company you need to hire. They replaced my roof,gutters,garage door and siding on the back of my house. Everyone that came out to do a job for me did a good job and answered all my questions that I had for them. The product quality is the best you can get and the price was equal to my insurance companies estimate. My shingles were delivered on time and the crew showed up and got the job done, gutters were done next,then the garage door and after that the siding . All was done on the day I was told it would happen and my yard was cleaned up and trash hauled away. You won't go wrong by hiring this company,they are good people and you will enjoy working with them."

"I recently had Black Diamond Roofing (BDR) repair an area on my roof were shingles had come loose and blown away due to very strong winds leaving my roof exposed. Once I reached out to BDR, Aaron promptly came out to view my damage and offered an estimate. Aaron was professional, friendly, upfront with costs, and detailed regarding the work. He even found rusty nails the previous roofing company left and brought a hand full down from my roof. I was super impressed with the customer service I received and I was scheduled within 2 weeks. "They replaced the garage roof at my home.  It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract.  The Roof itself looks great.  They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck.  No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof.  The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract.  I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No".  Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem.  They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!!  There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area.  They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."

"After a little trouble with the first crew that showed up and then abruptly left our property, within 2 days Midas had a new crew to our home. They worked 12 hours on a Saturday, and then again on Sunday until the job was completed. They cleaned up the worksite, checked for nails with a magnet, and did a fabulous job. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
