We had a stucco stained, stamped concrete patio and breezeway-others told us they could do nothing to help/fix. Joe did not hesitate to jump in and make it a piece of art work. He hand painted EACH stamped square and did so after removing the splotches of stucco. He was patient and very prompt. A pleasure to deal with and we hope to have him do some more work for us. A very unusual find in today's world of sub par businesses. Worth every penny!!"

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"
