"I’m elated, Jax Home Services did an outstanding job and under Joe Miller’s guidance and recommendations I was able to save money in some areas and actually do more repairs and remodeling than originally planned for with my original budget amount. Joe seemed to place himself in my shoes value crafted every project the home needed. Lenny's communications were top-notch, even though I was in Ohio, he called and texted each day to let me know how things were going and to let me know of things that he discovered that needed to be cleaned and repaired before he could finish the job. He took care of all of those things and really did a great job, the house looks almost brand-new. He also provided powerwashing services which I needed to get the exterior of the house as well as the patio back into new-looking condition. Overall a top-quality job for a good price. Great value!"

During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. "Tom and his crew are the ONLY painters we will let set foot on our property! We have used them for other jobs and will definitely use them again! We have provided him with glowing references and recommend him to all of our neighbors when they are in need of a painter (well, with the exception of those neighbors that we don't like....they can hire a sub-par contractor). For this job, we originally hired Tom to paint our cabinets when we put in new counter tops and back splash in the kitchen. However, the kitchen looked so bright and new that the rest of the house looked shabby compared to it, so we changed our request and painted the entire interior of our house instead! We also asked Tom to paint our garage door with a better quality paint that what our builder used as it was showing water run-off. Tom always gives us a fair quote. He only uses Sherman Williams paint, which is exceptional quality. Tom came over and worked with me on the paint colors for each room and was patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted. He made great suggestions with colors that we ended up agreeing to and loved it when it was done. His crew arrived at least 30 minutes early both days they came out to paint and waited outside until their designated start time (good luck finding any contractor who will show up on time - let alone early!). The crew covered everything and cleaned up exceptionally well each day. Once they were done, they put everything back where it was originally and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. Tom and his crew are incredibly polite and professional. They always go the extra step to ensure that everything looks perfect. You cannot ask for a better painter, period! He and his crew are highly recommended!"
