"We are very satisfied with the work. Work began within one day of our final discussion. There were some delays due to rain and thunderstorms that were sporadic over several days and made it impossible to paint while wood was wet. We were grateful that Lenny was willing to be straightforward about how much time was needed for wood to dry to get the best results. Although the weather caused several days to be added before completion, this is far better than having had the quality of work suffer due to wet wood; so we appreciated the willingness to allow the time needed to get the job done well. Lenny Martinez, the owner, his son, Diamanni, and all the other helpers/painters who worked with them were very professional, polite, and friendly, even engaging in conversation with our young grandchildren, who were quite interested in knowing what was going on and meeting the "painters," when they came in with me or stopped by with their parents. I felt quite safe and comfortable at all times with all the crew members that were working here whether I was home alone or whether my husband was home or others had stopped by. We also felt secure to leave the house with no one home while they were working. The crew arrived and left at approximately the same time each work day; they never left with any doors or driveways blocked when leaving for the day. There was no trash or clutter at the end of the project; final clean-up was outstanding. Lenny has promised to come or send someone back to correct any touch-ups or missed areas that need further work. To date, we have found nothing. Home is slightly over 2400 square feet, single story."

LJ Decor called me immediately after requesting a quote from them and was super friendly and able to quote me instantly over the phone/text. He was also able to come the next day to start our project. I am always hesitant bringing in strangers to our home with children and being a female. With that being prefaced, we had such a smooth and comfortable experience with LJ Decor. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire project, but they showed up every time they said they would. They had to come back an extra day because of the materials we purchased not working, which was totally on us and our fault, not theirs. With that being said, they were kind enough to come back an extra day and actually did even with us paying them in full already! They were easy to be around, I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home. In regards to their work, they did an amazing job! They cared about how we wanted our tile and transitions laid out instead of just doing whatever they thought. They worked the entire time and if they took breaks, which are totally acceptable, I never knew it. I have already told everyone I have run into in this area, to let me know if they ever need any tile or drywall work done because I will recommend LJ Decor to them to do it! Overall, I can’t say enough good things about LJ Decor. They are reliable, good at what they do, come with all of the tools needed, easy to work with, friendly, and very professional!
