"We had a major kitchen water leak that ended up causing damage in our basement. Thankfully the carpet was tended to by water mitigation specialists and was able to be saved. Was looking online for carpet restretching and NEZ flooring popped up. Although the company was 50 miles from me, Nick came anyways! Dedication to great customer service! They did an awesome job! Price was pretty comparable to local services, but talking with him on the phone and his easy going professionalism was my deciding factor in having him complete my repairs. I would absolutely recommend him and his team and may even use him in the future for some carpet replacement in other areas of my home. Triple A service!"

"We hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring, stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! I highly recommend this small, extremely professional company. I wouldn't use anyone else."

"Excellent customer service and installation of wood floors. Footprints kept me informed before, during and after. The installation crew did an outstanding job and our wood floors turn out so beautiful."

"Mikhail did a fantastic job demoing and replacing our kitchen subflooring. He called, came over, and sent a quote all in the same day. The next day, he was here working and completed the job like a pro! I highly recommend Mikhail to anyone needing quality work. He worked vigorously and completed the replacement before our deadline. And he is a nice guy to boot!"

"The removal and replacement kitchen and dining room. Hall sanded down to natural wood. Installers great to work with. Cared about their quality of work"

"I moved into my home about a year ago and we have been talking about wanting to remodel of the bathroom but always thought it was out of our budget. Premier Home pros was fantastic from start to finish. They have plenty of options and no high pressure sales or games. We were able to Get approved for 12 months 0% interest which made it possible to do it this year. Install took about 2.5 days and it looks amazing! They also installed at my mother-In-laws house. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a very good experience with this vendor. Schedules were prompt and adhered to expected timing. Financing was available and we used this financing. Quality of workmanship was absolutely superb. Workers arrived on time, as scheduled, with the proper materials. High-level skill sets were obvious. Work was completed on time, as scheduled. Customer service response to resolve anomalies discovered during installation was outstanding. I would recommend this vendor to anyone wishing to install flooring. This event covered all floors in a 3,500 sq ft home with 3/4" hardwood flooring; This new flooring replaced carpet that was installed in 1977."

"Very happy. Floor looks beautiful, and price was very fair. John Rankin was easy to coordinate with beforehand. He hung plastic to protect our cabinets and basically walled off the area. We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. Very happy, give him a call if you need wood floor work!"

"Jack was awesome! He kept me informed every step of the way, he did an awesome job removing the carpet and installing the vinyl wood planks, and he did for cheaper than anyone else quoted, and he did a fantastic job very quickly! The room looks bigger and the floor looks beautiful!"

"Very smooth install. Ed was nice, personable, and timely. He installed the solar lights efficiently and correctly. And they function perfectly. Fee was very reasonable as well. He’s agreed to install similar lights next weekend at our daughter’s home located about 10 minutes away. We’re in the market for a new handyman, so would not hesitate to contact Ed again. Thank you."
