"I called this company for advice on what to do about the concern, when they called I received an estimate over the phone, what was going to happen, when it was going to happen so forth. Person was not only on time but early, I explained the concern and to my dismay only three traps were put out and I had to tell him where to put them instead of his recommendation to correct my concern. I was informed on first phone call they would return in ten days to check work out, installer informed me when I asked about his return it would be thirty days before they came back to check out the traps but if we smelled a bad odor just call and he would come out asap. Once an odor is present, it's too late. I told him what I was told about ten days but he was not aware of that. Three days later I checked the traps in attic, bait was gone and so were the mice, trap did not work. Today he came reset traps and re baited traps, also left 2 more traps upon my request. First person I talked with to set this up (Roger) was very informing about the system and procedures. I'm interested on what they do for the following three months service."

"I rated excellent on all ratings.  The only knock I have is I called and told them I wanted the gutters but I wanted to talk to them more about the gutters.  They said it would be a few weeks before they could put them up.  The next week or so they came by my house and put them up without talking to me.  They did do what I wanted and the work and quality of the product was good though.

"We needed to add gutters, gutter guards and downspouts to our metal shop and Billy was very prompt in stopping by to give us a very reasonable estimate. Billy and his team completed the job quickly and they were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend A-1 Gutters."

"David Morgan continues to do superb quality work for me again.  He shows up on time, he brings all the necessary equipment and tarps to do the job, he works tirelessly for the duration that he is at my house, he consistently does a professional and quality job painting.  We had just had the wooden floors installed and stained, so I was kind of concerned about anyone painting the quarter round (shoe mold), afraid they would get paint on my new floor.  Not David Morgan, he puts down the frog tape to prevent any paint from getting on my new floor and spread a large tarp down.  He is a very neat painter.  He did a terrific job!!  Thank you David Morgan!!!

"Greg and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement! The quality of his work and communications on the job prior to, during, and after the job gave us a very high level of comfort and confidence. He was able to get the replacement of a very large roof done in two days. He was personally at our place throughout the job to answer questions. We had some related siding issues that he also completed to limit future leaks. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a roof repair or replacement."

"They were very nice to work with. Friendly and professional. Gutters were cleaned and they left no trace of mess behind them. Already planning on using them again."
