I called them during a late March snow storm my business lot was a mess, the county didn't not even have the roads clean, and I was afraid someone was gong to fall and get hurt. I thought I would be charged extra( because I was over a barrel) and just because I needed it done desperately. They showed up about 30 mins. after my call , plowed and salted and left my lot in great condition. they charged the same price they had quoted the same price they charged me the summer before to take care of it throughout the winter.
