"My driveway was installed more than 35 years ago and was raised above the natural land contour in one area. Over the years the raised area had settled to the point that I was concerned that it would break and fall. Stable solutions used their process to raise and stabilize the area such that I no longer have to worry about an event that likely would be very costly. Kevin and Ralph were friendly, communicative, accomplished the work in a professional manner and the cost was less than I thought it would be. "The person who provided the estimate was punctual, polite & professional. BUT, we did not choose to work with B-Dry. Here's why...sales tactics, pressure, upselling, price. I did feel a little verbal pressure to commit immediately, (discount for agreeing by end of day of estimate) which was not our plan, we wanted to collect a few estimates & compare. As I compared I noticed a few things that I urge others to consider. They are definitely selling specific products, and using sales tactics. They have their own specially patented drainage "tubes". Its theirs & unique, but folks w engineering backgrounds might tell you what they think of a tube its flat on the bottom & hard plastic without perforation & how well that drains and what slime it could harbor. They only use one sump pump for all jobs which is extremely costly, though it is the most super top of the line pump, but it might not be necessary if your water damage us not extreme & if other aspects of the waterproofing job are done right. While their pump has a lifetime warranty, you could buy a new sump pump every 3 years (unlikely to be required) for a decade or more for the cost of theirs. Lastly and most bothersome was that while their estimate was very high, he looked around my basement & suggested that in the future I might need to do another specific area of wall that may be a concern, and provided me with an estimate of the bigger area if I want to, comparing it to the more urgent job, making it seem like the "cheaper" option. Later, 2 other professionals told me that same area did not suggest damage or need for future work. In the mail I was immediately sent glossy brochures for other systems & products from B-Dry & a sister company. In the end, for about half the price, and less damage to my house, I found an A-rated local company in business for decades with a life of structure warranty that worked more quickly & cleanly than offered by B-dry with quality, guaranteed materials."

Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. "Our house is in the middle of 1.25 acres of land with about 1/8th of an acre in a fenced-in area for privacy located directly behind the house where we have a sun porch which is attached to the house, an above ground pool, a screen house, and a shed. The patio area was made up of various materials to include rubber matting, bricks, and a wooden sidewalk leading from the sun porch to the pool - totally unattractive. We called several companies to come and give us their ideas and a quote. Mr Ed Troyer arrived at the agreed to time with pictures of past jobs and company pamphlets describing the materials, colors, and patterns that could be utilized. After describing what we had in mind he laid out the plan on paper, made several suggestions that we liked, worked up the quote, and gave us a start and finish date (weather permitting of course). Mr Troyer was very cordial, knowledgable, thorough with all explanations, and attentive to our wants. One condition to his starting work was that we had company arriving in two weeks and we did not want to be in the middle of the project when they arrived so start the job as soon as possible to get it done in time or wait until the company left. <br /> <br /> After getting the job Mr Troyer gave us a start date (which was before the company was to arrive) but showed up a day sooner then that (after calling) to start work. The work was done timely and professionally. We were so happy with the appearance that we decided to add even more work before he left. We added a walkway from the back door of the garage to the shed, a connecting walkway to the patio he just poured, and a pad for our BBQ grill. <br /> <br /> The back yard now has a WOW factor. Friends and relatives are amazed at how nice the area looks. We are so happy with the outcome. We have recommended Gullwing Contracting to friends and family. Should we have additional concrete work done in the future, Gullwing Contracting will be our first choice. <br /> <br />"
