"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. I was given a free evaluation of my roof, shown samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

"Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. And we loved that they took pictures of everything as they encountered issues. The customer service, responsiveness, work ethic and thoroughness are outstanding. We will definitely hire Ricardo and his team again and will highly recommend them to anyone who has construction work that needs to be done."

"They were thorough in looking at the roof and found some things that needed to be repaired. They were able to show me pictures of the problems. They were professional and friendly and the roof looks great."

"The crew worked hard and long hours. They are very skilled with roof repair and metal roof install. Super friendly crew and owner! We love the 24 gauge metal. The first rain with the new roof was so much quieter than before!"

"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"Incredibly easy and so very professional! The roof looks great, all the vents were replaced and some rotten plywood was replaced. All the old roof was removed. It looks fantastic!! We had a very tight timetable and they accommodated us at every turn. Shalena was incredible to work with and went out of her way to make this all incredibly easy!! We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"Did a great job. The roof looks great. They even put a new roof on my shed in the back yard. Afterward cleaned up everything . No mess. Excellent job. Would recommend 5☆☆☆☆☆'s performance. Thank you Rain City Roofers.?"

"Mark Landis’ crews were organized efficient and courteous. We always had good communication regarding staging of the work. Worksite was left clean and clear at the end of each day. Mark did a great job of explaining various products and thoroughly explaining the process of tear out and replace. In addition to traditional asphalt roofing we needed to have a flat roof finished which was done exceptionally well. Mark and I walked each course of the roof when it was finished to ensure that everything was done to a high standard. Mark is a top-tier contractor with great staff. We would not hesitate to contract back for additional work on our property. Thanks for the great work Mark, Verne Ferguson"

"Carlos was very helpful and professional the entire time when guiding me through the process of having my roof replaced. I have plants that I needed them to be careful with and they did just that. Everything went great and I am very happy with me new roof."
