Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. They moved in a lot of gravel and sand, plus the pavers so there was material stored out front, but Forest was always diligent about not creating a mess for neighbors to see. They took care of contacting all the "subs" and have their own nursery so they even provided the plants."
