"A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.â ¦ This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!â ¦ That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. Iâ m glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof."

He helped me get through the insurance process and was available when I needed to communicate with him. We also added on gutter service; they removed the old gutters and replaced with larger ones, and even added gutters to our detached garage. His team did an amazing job. They were efficient and thorough, took great care of my property, and left my property looking great. I would use his services again."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Larry Wallace from Carolina Tree Service has my highest recommendation. He and his son removed seven trees from around my house and garage. Nothing was damaged, and he cleaned up the area perfectly afterward. He tool the initiative to call me multiple times to arrange the service, and arrived promptly as a true professional should. He was extremely polite, especially to my young children (my little girl was not happy he had to cut down her swing tree).
