"Before I called to set up appointment, I read all the reviews and was very impressed. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and Mark arrived right on time. I was very impressed when he inquired whether it would be alright to leave the door ajar as he'd seen my cat scurry away when he arrived. He pretreated areas which were especially soiled and was done in about 45 minutes, and the chair looked very good. As it dried that afternoon, I noticed some soil marks which had not come out. I called him, he apologized & asked that I wait until the entire chair was thoroughly dry, then he would touch up all areas at once. I called yesterday morning, he was back at 1:45, exactly the time he'd given me. He recleaned the entire chair and it looks brand new and I couldn't be more pleased! Mark is very responsive to his customers and concerned that they are satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend A Very Good Cleaning Company to anyone! <br />"

"Service fine and reliable as in the past many years I have used them. Price increased by at least 50% from last year. May look for another company going forward. Technician had new outside covers the company was selling for around $80??. Could clearly see the company was focused on increasing sales/making more money; however, the cost from last year was $198.00 and the service this year was approx. $356. Technician indicated prices have gone up. The prices difference for me was very significant. As a long time customer, everything was fine with the exception of the significant price change. Moving forward, I may or may not use this company for my annual cleaning."

We have used their services for hot water heater and gas dryer installs, and now ductwork cleaning. Ben and Dominic did a great job and were very conscientious of our home while doing their work.
