"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job!"

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"I noticed a bit of water near my hot water heater.  <br /> After some research, I found that the relief valve required replacing.  I had used Happy Home Plumbing  previously so I called them. I called on Monday afternoon, and was told that someone will be contacting me.  A day went by and I hadn't heard back.  My problem wasn't urgent, but I did want it taken care of. <br /> Wednesday morning, Matt Boucher called and asked if he could check out the project. He arrived in the time frame promised and scoped out the work.  He agreed that the relief valve needed replacing, but recommended a water pressure valve install due to my high water pressure. Being in Haverhill and at the bottom of a hill, my pressure has always been extremely strong.  Matt had mentioned that it is now code. Although I could have passed on this, I agreed to have it installed. (I also had a water hammer problem and was hopeful that this would correct that problem.) <br /> Matt gave me a verbal estimate.  I agreed and asked him to proceed.  He then left to pick up the valves and some tools.  In about an hour and a half, he was all done.  He showed me the finished product and wrote up an invoice. <br /> I'm in good shape now.
