"In August 2018, we requested estimates from three contractors to replace our roof. We met with two contractors, one of which was ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS. Of the three, ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS was the only contractor that contacted us to follow up after the initial quote to see if we had any questions or needed any further information. They were also the highest bidder. We informed them of this and Micheal, the owner, asked if he could meet with us to discuss it further. He came to our home the next evening and was very thorough in explaining his company’s experience in the business, the process they followed in replacing the roof and why they used the quality materials they used. He answered all of our questions and we were quite impressed with his knowledge, professional demeanor and passion for his work. He asked us to give him a few days to see if there was a way to save us some money and got back to us with a quote we felt was fair and affordable. From that point forward, we spoke with several others at ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS including Mark and Paul. Everyone was professional, courteous and made us feel that they truly appreciated our business. Materials/dumpster were delivered when they said they would be, and great care was taken to ensure no damage and that nothing would be in our way. They crew showed up on the exact day and time they promised and went right to work. Everyone on the crew knew what they were supposed to do and got right into doing it. The crew leader on the job was great they all worked together as a well-trained team. When it came time to strip the garage roof, the crew leader showed me that much of the wood underneath was in tough shape. He contacted Paul who got back to me with a cost to reskin the roof with plywood and I gave him the go ahead. During this time the crew never stopped working…unlike contractors that I have seen who would use this as an opportunity to “take a break”. They completed the additional work without a hiccup and got the job done within the time frame they promised. I should note that we have an in-ground pool about 8 feet off the side of the garage which they completely covered to prevent debris from falling in the pool. Cleanup was thorough and any extra materials and the dumpster were removed they very next morning. Paul came by to review the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job. We were, and are, more than satisfied. Fast forward a year later when we found a wasp nest next to our bay window at the roof line and noticed 2” holes on either side of the window. I assumed it had to do with the flashing or drip edge from the roofing job and sent mike an email. He responded immediately and agreed to come by the next day…which he did. We investigated the situation and agreed that the holes in question really had nothing to do with the roof…HOWEVER, Mike offered to see if they could fabricate something that would fix the problem and also offered suggestions if I wanted to repair it myself…which is what I chose to do. These days, people always take the time to complain but are not so quick to praise quality work and a sincere dedication to customer service. In our opinion, ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS, is a quality company made up of quality individuals and would not hesitate to engage their services for other home projects as they arise. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!"

"I called around for estimates and some responded and some didn't.  I called Hanover Hill and Bill responded very quickly.  He came measured the windows and sent me a written estimate.  I sent the deposit and before you know it the windows were ready and they came and installed them.  Timing was great, the men were very professional - they cleaned up everything as if they weren't even there.  They also readjusted the brackets for the shades and re-hung them.  There was 4 windows in the attic that were windows that you pushed out to open and they put in a double - double hung window in its place....looks awesome.  I was so impressed that I am getting an estimate on the downstairs windows and siding.  Siding is on hold but I replaced more windows - they once again did an excellent job.  <br /> <br /> There was one mis-hap- a household member had asked that the employees from Hanover Hill take all the old storm windows and screens that were left behind by previous owner and gave the men the screens that were needed for a few windows that i didn't replace.  When I found out I called Hanover Hill and unfortunately they were closed - I wanted to see if they discarded the storms and screens and found out on a Monday that they discard them immediately.  Bill from Hanover Hill stepped up and said that he would have the screens made at cost to him and he did...which was amazing.  The only downfall is that 2 out of 3 screens were measured wrong and I am still out of luck - since I cannot open those windows. <br /> <br />"

"As usual with Lenzi Construction everything went excellent! The door was stained and installed in 5 hours. They even re-painted the trim around the inside of the door which wasn't even part of the scope of work. Another great job by Ed Lenzi and his crew! <br />"

"We love the completed bathroom and especially the shower! Quotes were spot on and you can depend on Rusty doing what he says he will do. As their website states, they are not the cheapest, but if you want great value, the money is worth it. We were so pleased with previous work on our kitchen, we wanted to use them again. Highly advise contacting them well before the work is required due to their full schedule. Rusty reviewed our plans, and made recommendations. He did most of the construction and plumbing where possible. Demo was completed quickly and cleanly. Work was professional, high quality (especially the tile work), timely and complete. Sub-contractors (HVAC, counter top provider/installers, mason/tile installer, electrician, plumber, glass installer) were reliable, professional, pleasant, high quality and attentive. Its the little things that make the difference. Everyone took time to explain the work, point out important points and were highly attentive and courteous. Rusty and his sub-contractors were always willing to go the extra distance that made the difference between good work and exceptional work. For example, the tile installer suggested a border for the shower and with his help, we selected the product that was installed. At then end of each day, trash was removed, tools stored neatly and area made clean. Rusty was always contactable by email or phone and came by often to review sub-contract work or touch base with us. As a somewhat DIY person, I could relate to the work being done and appreciate what it took to do a professional job. Challenges (very few) were solved quickly. The factory incorrectly sent the shower glass without the towel rack, so the installers used the present one so we could use the shower and will install the corrected piece when it arrives. There is no question we would use Rusty and his sub-contractors again for additional remodeling work. Highly recommended!"
