For starters the entire patio was lean, but then the pavers started to sink due to the fact their was not filter place at the edges. The stones that were put on our steps are lean and the step itself is lean. We didn't realize the magnitude of this until a professional company redid the lines and patio, but there isn't anything we can do for our unaligned steps unless we dish out more money to fix thoses. I have been searching for this company's name due to the fact I threw everything out but I found the original emails."

The issue was resolved and work was completed as originally scheduled. Their price was what I considered fair and the work was done on time, on budget and in a professional manner.
