"Everything was pretty ordinary. I spent a good bit more than I anticipated but a new bike would have been more."

"RJA Heating & Cooling recently installed a new furnace in our home's attic which replaced an older leaking unit. For a variety of reasons, the project was very complex and the workspace was very tight. After reviewing the guts of the furnace to determine if a repair was possible, Rocco and his team determined that a full replacement was necessary. Throughout the process, Rocco was extremely professional, responsive, straight-forward and very fair. Additionally, his team was courteous, efficient and they took extra measures to make sure their efforts did not disrupt our home in any manner. For example, the team made sure to place protective drop cloths throughout the work area and they put shoe covers on upon entering the home. Bottom line, I was extremely satisfied with the job performed by RJA Heating and will certainly recommend Rocco and his colleagues to anyone who needs HVAC services."

"Absolutely phenomenal work. We had old faucets that were chipping brass plating that we wanted to match with our new bathroom faucets (brushed nickel). We finally found Empire Metal Finishing Inc in Astoria New York. We couldn't believe it when we got them back as if brand new and in the highest quality. Their work is so professional they made a guest appearance on Martha Stewart's show. It's not cheap but if you want to refinish old stuff that could be discontinued product and not replaceable this is definitely the place to go. If interested to see further, they have a video which shows the entire process of refinishing. I would send my metal to Empire again and again. <br />"

"Larry, the owner of Iron Age Construction, came to our house three times and he was prompt each time. The first time he arrived with photo albums for my wife and me to look through for ideas. After choosing some possible designs, Larry made some of his own suggestions. Regardless of the design we would choose, he gave us a price that I felt was fair. After we called him with our chosen design, he returned about a week or so later with the unpainted railings for a fitting. Approximately two weeks later, he returned with the finished railings and installed them. Everything went smoothly and the railings look great. Larry is a very nice person, pleasant to talk with and seemingly willing to listen to customers' concerns. By the way, I found this company on Angie's List. One other company that I had found on-line told me that they don't do indoor railings and another company that I had called never returned my phone calls. I'm glad I used Iron Age Construction. <br />"

"Mr. Lombardo came out to do the estimate, called us a few weeks later when the railings were ready and scheduled an install date around our schedule. His son and a helper came out and installed the railings in a few hours, doing a great job. I recommend them for both fabrication and installation and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"<p>This company was referred to me by a family friend in Jersey City who had some work done with fire escapes. She was very happy with the work peformed and the service provided.</p> <p>I called Jose and left him a message on a Monday. He called me back the next day to schedule a time to meet. He got there early and looked over the job as I was on my way and called me back saying that he knew exactly what needed to be done and I didn't have to go meet him. I thought that this was a plus since it wasn't convenient for me to meet with him at that time. He quoted the job for $250 which was a reasonable price and that he can do it before the end of the week. He took the broken front railing with him to his shop to do some repairs to it and brought it back the end of the week to install. He came to install the railing when he said he would and arrived on time. He drilled the holes on the cement porch and used concrete to install the railing in place. The railings were even painted. I was not onsite during the install but arranged for someone else to be there to make sure that job was done properly.</p> <p>I was very happy with the service that Jose provided. He was very personable on the phone and performed the install very professionally. I would definitley use him again and highly recommend him.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"
